We sure appreciated your speedy action, being here shortly after we called. The men working here were considerate, even offered to shut the door to a room to cut down on the noise. They were always polite when we had different questions. Amanda was definitely a pleasure to work with. She made herself available, coming to the house directly, through phone calls, and texts.

We had an excellent experience with SERVPRO in Waterloo, IA. Our basement flooded unexpectedly due to a sump pump failure. They had a team at our house within the hour. They made sure a bad situation was as painless as possible. They have been very responsive to every contact we've made, every question we've asked, and worked directly with our insurance carrier to make sure everything was done the correct way. I highly recommend using Scott and his crew if you ever find yourself in a situation like we did.

Super fast and knowledgeable. Did a great job. Worked really well with my insurance. Was super happy with the result. Would highly recommend them. Will use them again when a disaster strikes. We have a $1000 deductible and it was a $4770 project just to get it dried out. The contractors all had their bills but having insurance through USAA saved our butts.

Devante and Brett were great in helping get my basement cleaned up after a water softener malfunction.

Got the job done and made it out to our house right away! We had water damage in our basement from a hot water tank leaking, my son also had them out to his house for some water damage. I was so happy to have SERVPRO come to my aid after a defective outside water spout caused a lot of damage in my basement. They removed all moldy wallboard, used an air cleaner for several days, and were able to save my carpeting. The employees were very professional in telling me what needed to be done and how we were going to accomplish it. A team of two recently ended my project by thoroughly cleaning my carpets. All were very nice people to work with. Thank you SERVPRO for your great employees and for doing an excellent job in cleaning up a disaster and making it livable again!

I have been dealing with mold mitigation in my travel trailer after my water heater cracked leaking water. My wife and I on two separate occasions spent days cleaning it up and used a dehumidifier and each time we went to use it, it had returned. Wife said that was enough and we need professional help in cleaning it. I called around to 6 different places looking for those that had camper mold mitigation experience and SERVPRO said they did. Brett traveled to the location I had my camper stored and reviewed the situation and provided a quote via email. He said on a scale of 1 to 10 this was about a 5 to 6. I'd hate to see a 10 since mine was bad enough. I made arrangements for a couple of weeks later to remove my stuff from the camper at my home and then drive and set up the camper in their parking lot with the slider open. They provided security precautions so no one would enter overnight and also have security cameras. The next day they plugged in my camper and two people cleaned the camper top to bottom with their chemicals, cleaned the carpet and upholstery, bathroom, and went through all cabinets and storage areas. I picked it up a couple of days later and it was very clean and smelled good. The staff was very courteous and friendly and some owned campers so they knew where to look for hidden areas to clean. I was very happy with the results. I took it straight to storage for the winter and plan to check it monthly for the next few months and next spring to make sure it does not return. If not then I would feel confident we killed it. So at this point, I would highly recommend SERVPRO for cleaning a camper for mold.

Huge Shout Out to SERVPRO!! With all of today’s rain, my parent's basement ended up WET!! SERVPRO to the rescue!! We would certainly recommend SERVPRO for any clean up needs you may have. They arrived quickly & were very professional!! 

We had SERVPRO from Waterloo a year ago for sewer water. They came fast, people came with fans and dehumidifiers right away. Carried things from the basement. Very nice people. They also did 3 others in my neighborhood. They are doing my granddaughter's house from a flood 3 days ago.

Brett and his team were AWESOME. What they did for me, I am so grateful. Please let them know!!! I was in awe, impressed and proud they were helping me.

I appreciated the fast and thorough clean-up. Also, I appreciated them covering the rest of the area that they needed to use to get in and out of the basement. I am very pleased with them and the work they did for us.

I had a devastating flood in my basement that basically condemned the whole room. SERVPRO came in and did a professional job. My insurance adjuster was not going to initially cover some of my expenses and SERVPRO staff explained that the damage was beyond repair and a hazard. I lOVE how they protected me and my property. I had a water line break in my bathroom on a Saturday morning while I was gone ...and it flooded my house upstairs and down. After the initial freakout and not knowing what to do or who to call, SERVPRO popped into my head. I called the 1-800 number and gave my information to which she told me someone from the local branch would call me back shortly. Within the hour I received a callback and two people in a big truck showed up (on a Saturday afternoon) and got right to work cleaning up water, removing damaged carpet, removing wet ceiling tiles, etc.

That first day they were there for hours and all the while when I asked how I can help I was told that they have it under control and I can go relax (um, ok ??). By the time they left that night everything was sanitized and as dry as they could be with fans and dehumidifiers everywhere.

I was so impressed with the staff and the customer service that followed from Brett in the following days. They showed up every morning for over a week to do checks, remove damaged flooring, baseboards, bathroom vanity, etc. they took awesome care of my belongings that they removed, so much as putting a bedroom mattress in plastic before putting it in my garage.

I can't say enough for everyone that I encountered from SERVPRO for the peace of mind from the initial panic to me never having to wonder what was going on or what was next. Even up to the last day Brett made himself available to meet with myself and my insurance adjuster to go over the work that had been done. I'm so grateful for SERVPRO for everything they did for a girl in need and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

The folks at SERVPRO, especially Brett, were an answer to our prayers.  When pipes burst in my grandma’s house and left a mess, Brett met us right away as it worked with our schedule since we were helping my grandma from out of town.
