Sprinkler system breakdown causes water loss in commercial building.

A sprinkler system breakdown caused water to flow and collect in a commercial building over the weekend. The laminate wood flooring & small area of tile was soaked and needed to be completely removed.

When water has time to sit it will sneak under the baseboard and absorb into dry wall material, wicking up the wall fast. SERVPRO of Black Hawk County went to work quickly taking off the baseboard, drilling small holes at the bottom of the walls to allow air flow into them and set up air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the room.
