Pipe Burst Leads to Leaky Ceiling

This commercial building faced a significant water loss that led to a leaky ceiling. If you look closely, you can actually see the water falling to the ground. We set up buckets to catch the water until we could stop the water from flowing.

The problem stemmed from a utility room experiencing a pipe burst on the floor above. This then led to the water leaking through to the floor below. In this scenario, we used dehumidifiers, and air movers to dry out the affected area.
